8Way provides a proxy acceleration service that helps users access internet resources more reliably.
The service is intended for lawful use. Specific plan specifications follow the official plans shown on the customer center.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (login password, subscription link) confidential. Losses caused by credential leakage are your responsibility.
Each account is for personal use only and may not be resold or shared with others (unless the plan states otherwise).
You must not use the service for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Do not disrupt service operation, abuse resources (such as malicious high-volume attacks) or infringe the rights of others.
Violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of the service, and paid fees will not be refunded.
Plans are billed by data volume or duration, as shown on the customer center pricing page.
The service pauses when your plan expires or your data quota runs out, and resumes after renewal.
If we are unable to provide the service due to our own fault, a pro-rata refund may apply. Refunds do not apply for user-caused reasons (such as violating the terms). Contact support for details.
The service is provided “as is”. 8Way does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
For interruptions caused by force majeure, network conditions or the user's own circumstances, 8Way assumes no liability beyond what applicable law requires.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 8Way is not liable for indirect damages (such as business interruption or data loss).
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
8Way may suspend or terminate your account for violations of the terms, security risks, or legal requirements.
8Way may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the customer center or by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
